- När du använder kontaktformuläret: namn, företag, e-postadress, eventuellt telefonnummer och det du skriver i meddelandet.
- När du mejlar oss: de uppgifter du själv väljer att uppge.
Vi använder inga analys- eller spårningskakor och bygger inga besöksprofiler. Vi sparar endast nödvändig information lokalt i din webbläsare, till exempel ditt språkval och att du sett vår integritetsnotis. Den informationen lämnar aldrig din enhet och delas inte med någon.
Varför och med vilket stöd
Vi behandlar dina uppgifter för att kunna svara på din förfrågan och fullgöra eller förbereda ett avtal. Den rättsliga grunden är fullgörande av avtal eller vårt berättigade intresse av att besvara förfrågningar.
Tredjepartstjänster
- Formulärtjänst (Web3Forms): när du skickar kontaktformuläret förmedlas meddelandet via Web3Forms till vår inkorg. Inga uppgifter lagras i någon databas på sajten.
- Typsnitt (Google Fonts): typsnitt laddas från Googles servrar, vilket innebär att din IP-adress är tekniskt synlig för dem vid laddningen. Vill du att vi självhostar typsnitten för att undvika detta gör vi gärna det.
- Webbhotell: sajten driftas hos en leverantör av statisk hosting som tekniskt kan logga anrop för drift och säkerhet.
Hur länge vi sparar
Förfrågningar via mejl sparar vi så länge det behövs för att hantera ärendet och eventuell efterföljande affärsrelation, därefter gallras de.

What data we process
- When you use the contact form: name, company, email address, optional phone number and whatever you write in the message.
- When you email us: the details you choose to provide.
We use no analytics or tracking cookies and build no visitor profiles. We only keep necessary information locally in your browser, such as your language choice and that you have seen our privacy notice. That information never leaves your device and is not shared with anyone.
Why and on what basis
We process your data to respond to your enquiry and to perform or prepare a contract. The legal basis is performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Third-party services
- Form service (Web3Forms): when you submit the contact form, the message is relayed via Web3Forms to our inbox. No data is stored in any database on the site.
- Fonts (Google Fonts): fonts load from Google's servers, which means your IP address is technically visible to them during loading. If you prefer, we can self-host the fonts to avoid this.
- Web hosting: the site runs on a static hosting provider that may technically log requests for operations and security.
How long we keep it
Email enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and any subsequent business relationship, then deleted.
Your rights
